The Offsite Reception will be held at the Andy Warhol Museum from 6:00pm - 9:00pm. The museum is a 15-minute walk from the conference hotel, or a 10-minute drive.
Historic Pittsburgh Trolleys will make outgoing trips from the Omni William Penn to the Andy Warhol Museum from 5:45 - 6:45pm. Trolleys will make return trips from the Museum to the Hotel from 8:00-9:15pm.
Trolleys will be located at the William Penn Street entrance, on the Lobby Level.
At the Museum, the following floors have been reserved exclusively for AAA attendees: Basement/Lower Level - The Factory (screen printing) and Restrooms 1st Floor – Reception Space 5th Floor – 1970s 6th Floor – 1960s
The Factory - Screen print Workshop
There will be a special screen printing workshop on-site from 6:00pm - 9:00pm, where AAA attendees may print a piece of Warhol Art themselves or watch and learn about the screen-printing process. Before you board your trolley, you will receive a ticket with your printing timeslot on it. If you would like to make a custom screen, please visit The Factory (Basement/Lower Level) within your assigned time - this will ensure all attendees have a chance to make their print.
There is no additional fee to attend the off-site reception. Yellow drink tickets may be redeemed at the cash bars on-site for one complimentary drink.
Please wear your badge at all times at the museum so that staff know you are with our group.
